Islamgarh Welfare Trust is committed to complete transparency, integrity, and accountability in the handling of all donations.

1. Our 100% Donation Policy

Islamgarh Welfare Trust operates on a 100% Donation Policy.

This means:

  • 100% of donated funds go directly towards charitable projects and services.

  • We do not take any administrative cuts from charity donations.

  • Donations are used entirely for hospital services, welfare initiatives, community support, and humanitarian projects.

  • Also all members of British Friends of islamgarh Welfare Trust work as volunteers and do not deduct any money.

We are proud to confirm that no portion of donor contributions is deducted for management fees or personal benefit.

2. Volunteer-Based Organisation

Islamgarh Welfare Trust is fully supported by volunteers.

  • All members of the Trust Management Committee work voluntarily.

  • The Trust includes approximately 25 management members who serve without salary or financial benefit.

  • Members of Majlis Amla also serve entirely on a voluntary basis.

  • Volunteers dedicate their time and effort purely for the service of humanity.

This voluntary structure allows us to maintain our commitment to the 100% donation model.

3. Use of Donations

Donations support:

  • Hospital and medical services

  • Emergency and accident care

  • Welfare and community support programs

  • Medical equipment and patient assistance

  • Development and improvement of facilities

Where a specific project is selected by a donor, we aim to honour that request. However, if circumstances require, funds may be redirected to areas of greatest need to maximise community benefit.

4. Transparency and Accountability

We are committed to:

  • Responsible financial management

  • Ethical use of funds

  • Providing updates on major projects and initiatives

  • Ensuring funds are used for the intended charitable purposes

5. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate donations

  • Technical payment errors

Requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction and include proof of payment.

6. Secure Donations

We use secure and trusted payment platforms to protect donor information. Full payment details are not stored by Islamgarh Welfare Trust.

All personal information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
